By accessing or using the LYS website (whoislys.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

3. Products and Services

LYS, operated by Fujiwara Bro LLC, sells premium wigs and hair extensions including 100% human hair wigs (HD Lace, glueless), premium synthetic fiber wigs, and hair accessories. Products are sold subject to availability. In the event of a stock shortage after order confirmation, LYS will notify the customer within 48 hours and offer a full refund or exchange.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency inclusive of applicable taxes. LYS reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All transactions are secured via SSL encryption. Fujiwara Bro LLC never stores full payment card details.

5. Order and Confirmation

An order is considered final upon receipt of the order confirmation email. Fujiwara Bro LLC reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of proven fraud, manifest pricing error, or product unavailability.

LYS ships to 20+ countries. Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy. Fujiwara Bro LLC is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs authorities.

7. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns, exchanges, and refund procedures. The return address for merchandise is provided by our customer service as part of the return procedure (see our Refund Policy); all administrative correspondence must be directed to the US registered address.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on whoislys.com (texts, images, visuals, logo, graphic charter) is the exclusive property of Fujiwara Bro LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fujiwara Bro LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming, USA.
