Hi, I placed an order that was sent to the Fedex agency that was supposed to deliver it to my daughter in Lyon, but my daughter was at work, so the delivery driver told me it was possible to have it delivered to a relay point. I said okay. 10 minutes later, my daughter called him to find out where the driver was to pick up the package, and he told her he had finished working. Now I'm trying to reach the agency to find out which relay point in Lyon my package will be at. I can't reach them, and I even asked them by message to put it at the Cordonnerie des États relay point, 81 boulevard des États, 69008 Lyon. No response, and that's the closest relay point to my daughter's place.
