Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or refund (14-day statutory right + 16-day LYS extension).
Eligibility Conditions
To be accepted, returned items must:
- Be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unmodified)
- Have the lace intact (uncut, undyed, unaltered)
- Be returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories
Items showing signs of use, damage, or modification will be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. LYS does not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — Fujiwara Bro LLC cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee is applied.

This address is exclusively for physical merchandise returns. All administrative correspondence must be sent to the US registered address (30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA).
Return Procedure
- Email your request to hello@whoislys.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will confirm the return address within 24–48 hours
- Ship the item with a tracking number
- Send us the tracking number by email
Refund Processing
Once the parcel is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. If the return is approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, contact us immediately at hello@whoislys.com with photos of the product. We resolve such issues as a priority.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
