General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the sales of products made by the company LYS (hereinafter "the Seller") via its website https://whoislys.com (hereinafter "the Site").

LYS is a brand whose registered office is located at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Email address: hello@whoislys.com. The Site is hosted by Shopify Inc., 150 Elgin Street, Suite 800, Ottawa, Ontario K2P 1L4, Canada.

These GTC are accessible at any time on the Site and shall prevail over any other version or any other contradictory document.

1. Purpose

These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by LYS to the Customer. They apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded between LYS and any consumer visiting or making a purchase via the Site. Any order placed on the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the Site, within the limits of available stock. LYS takes the greatest care in presenting the products with photographs and detailed descriptions. The photographs are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly concerning colors.

In accordance with Article L.217-3 of the Consumer Code, LYS undertakes to deliver goods that conform to the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.

3. Prices

Product prices are indicated in Euros (€) and are inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery fees. Delivery fees are specified before order validation and are charged additionally. LYS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

All displayed prices include the VAT applicable in France.

4. Order

To place an order, the Customer must follow these steps:

  1. Select products and add them to the cart.
  2. Validate the cart.
  3. Log in or create an account.
  4. Choose the delivery method and enter the delivery address.
  5. Check the order summary and accept the GTC.
  6. Proceed to payment.

Order validation by the Customer constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. LYS will confirm the order by email to the address provided by the Customer. LYS reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, particularly in case of supply problems, difficulties concerning the received order, or an existing dispute with the Customer.

5. Payment

Payment for purchases is made in full, on the day of the order. The Customer can pay for their order by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or via secure online payment services (e.g., PayPal). Transactions are fully secured by our payment provider Shopify Payments. LYS does not have access to the Customer's payment data.

Payment is processed by Shopify Inc., ensuring the security of your banking information.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery Zones

LYS products are deliverable in metropolitan France, Europe, and certain international countries. Eligible delivery zones are specified during the order process.

6.2. Times and Rates

Delivery times are indicated in business days and run from the order shipment date.
