Hair & quality
Yes. All our wigs and extensions are made of 100% raw virgin human hair, 12A grade — Brazilian Remy hair with aligned cuticles, mounted on transparent Swiss HD lace.
In practice: double weft (no shedding), no tangles, no split ends, no odor — a natural, soft and shiny finish. The texture survives washing, and the hair can be dyed, straightened or curled just like your own.
"Remy" is the industry's high-quality standard: the hair is cut in a ponytail directly from the donor's head, so all the cuticles remain intact and aligned in the same direction, from root to tip. The result: smooth, silky hair that doesn't tangle and lasts for years.
"Non-Remy" hair, collected in bulk, is dipped in acid then coated with silicone: gorgeous at purchase, it turns rough and impossible to style after 2 or 3 washes. At LYS, it's 100% Remy — simple as that:

Yes — that's the beauty of 100% human hair: it can be dyed, straightened, curled and even bleached.
Our advice: stay under 356 °F (180 °C) with a heat-protectant spray, and leave major color work to a professional (no more than 2 levels of bleaching, to protect the fiber).
With proper care, a LYS wig lasts 2 to 3 years. The keys: gentle sulfate-free products, air drying, storage on a stand and a satin bonnet at night if you sleep in it.
Size
Our lengths run from 10 inches (25 cm) to 32 inches (81 cm). For a first purchase, 16–18" is the most versatile. Keep in mind that at equal length, a curly texture always looks shorter than a straight one:
Hair is always measured stretched, from the top of the cap to the tip. On a wavy or curly texture, stretch the strand to find the true length:
Yes, in the vast majority of cases: the average head circumference is 54–57 cm, and our caps come with adjustable straps and secure combs that fit most head shapes.
Density
Density is the amount of hair on the cap. The higher it goes, the more spectacular the volume — and the heavier the wig. Here's how to choose:

250 %The dramatic look: serious fullness from root to tip for show-stopping styles. Perfect for events, shoots and standing out from the crowd!
300 %The maximum look: our fullest, most voluminous density — pure red-carpet hair. For those who want extreme body and extreme impact!

A closure is a piece of lace placed at the crown: the easiest, glue-free install, perfect for beginners. The bigger it is, the more flexible the parting:

Three details that change everything when worn:
Yes: all our wigs are glueless — adjustable straps, built-in combs, on in seconds, zero damage to your edges. Only exception: to lay a frontal's baby hairs for an "invisible" finish, a styling gel can help, but it is never required.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country; they remain the buyer's responsibility.

Returns
You have 30 days from receipt to request a return or refund. To be accepted, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the lace intact (uncut), all tags and the original packaging.

2. We confirm the return address within 24–48 h.
3. Ship the item with a tracking number and send it to us.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (no restocking fee). We recommend a tracked service.
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You receive a confirmation email at every step.
Yes, under the same conditions as a return (30 days, original condition). Write to us with the model you'd like — additional shipping fees may apply.
Care
1. Gently detangle with your fingers or a suitable brush.
2. Rinse with lukewarm water, always from top to bottom.
3. Mild sulfate-free shampoo, massaging without rubbing.
4. Hydrating conditioner, thorough rinse.
5. Air dry on a stand — never rub with a towel.
Sulfate-free, alcohol-free products, plus a light oil (argan, coconut) on the lengths now and then to nourish the fiber. Avoid anything containing alcohol: it dries out and weakens the hair.
Brush morning and evening starting from the ends, sleep with a satin bonnet or pillowcase, and lightly hydrate the lengths. Our Remy hair with aligned cuticles naturally tangles very little.
On a stand or mannequin head to keep its shape, or in its satin pouch — away from direct light and humidity.
